No. Every card is printed on demand after a parent orders it. The league never holds product, never has leftover stock, and never fronts cost.
What does the coach have to do?+
Share a team link with parents. That's the entire ask. Coaches don't take orders, collect cash, or manage anything related to fulfillment.

Yes — every team gets a unique link so orders are correctly attributed to the right team, season, and division in your reports.
